Returns & Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves in offering high quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). Enclosed with every order you will find a Sales Receipt along with the shipping label. Package your exchange or return securely and make sure to include a copy of the original receipt. For exchanges, please process another order online with the correct item(s) and write on the original Sales Receipt the new order number. This will expedite the process of getting your correct merchandise. Your account will be credited once the exchanged merchandize is received.
Hawaiian apparel, gifts and accessories: may be exchanged within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise, accompanied by sales receipt, and in sellable condition. Hawaiian Jewelry: may be exchanged within thirty (30) days of receiving the merchandise, accompanied by sales receipt and in sellable condition.
