Women's Dress Size Chart

We recommend you measure a dress that you currently own and fit you comfortably. Place it on a flat surface and measure as shown on the sketch. Then compare them to our size chart for the size needed.

Shoulders: Measure from the inseam of the outer shoulder and/or your own shoulder to the other side.
Bust: Measure from the inseam of the underarm to the inseam on the other side and multiply by 2.
Waist: Measure from the waist area inseam to the other side and multiply by 2.
Hip: Measure from the Hip area inseam to the other side and multiply by 2.
Lenght: Measure from the back of the neck to the end of the dress. Full length dresses are 17-19 inches longer.
Note: Double the measured number to match with the measurement on our size chart (if applicable)

Availability Info

Available items will ship within 3-5 business days, except overnight orders. Availability varies with style, size and color. It may take 1-3 days for availability and two to three weeks for manufacturing when fabric is available. If there are any delays, we will send you an order status update via email. If you have questions regarding available inventory or if you need your order for a specific date, please let us know at check out.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves in offering high quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased items as long as they are unworn and unwashed, and the tags are attached to the garments (NO exceptions). Enclosed with every order you will find a Sales Receipt along with the shipping label. Package your exchange or return securely and make sure to include a copy of the original receipt.
For exchanges, please process another order online with the correct item(s) and write on the original Sales Receipt the new order number. This will expedite the process of getting your correct merchandise. Your account will be credited once the exchanged merchandize is received.
Hawaiian apparel, gifts and accessories: may be exchanged within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise, accompanied by sales receipt, and in sellable condition.
Hawaiian Jewelry: may be exchanged within thirty (30) days of receiving the merchandise, accompanied by sales receipt and in sellable condition.

Shipping Info

We ship anywhere within United States and the world. All shipments originate from Honolulu, Hawaii. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method and the shipment destination. We ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please provide a complete physical street address when selecting to ship with FedEx or UPS. These carriers will NOT accept PO Boxes. We ship Monday through Friday only (holidays excluded).

We ship via USPS-Priority Mail International, FedEx or UPS. US military – APO-AP shipping is considered domestic and can ONLY be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Note: FedEx and UPS Overnight delivery will take 1 Day to the West Coast and 2 Days to the East Coast of the United States. FedEx and UPS will deliver Monday through Friday only. Deliveries to remote areas including Alaska and Puerto Rico may take longer than 2 or 3 Days depending on destination zip code.
