RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Retuning and Exchanging Online Purchases

Enclosed with every order is your Packing Slip behind your shipping label or inside the box. For any exchange or refund, we need a copy of the packing slip or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original sellable condition. For faster exchanges, we recommend that you place a new order online and send the item(s) you have back for credit. Your account will be credited once the merchandise is received. Please write on the packing slip if it is an exchange or a return. See below for more details.

Exchange & Return Period
Hawaiian apparel, gifts and accessories can be exchanged within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Hawaiian Jewelry can be exchanged within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Exchange Policy – After we receive your exchange, it will be processed and shipped immediately. If the new item(s) have a different price, please send a check or money order for the difference + shipping (see Shipping Info page for shipping rates). Merchandise that has been noticeably worn, damaged or altered will not be exchanged. Items that are not in sellable condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Return Policy
We are glad to accept your return and to refund you the full purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. The refund amount will be credited back to the original type of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. Merchandise may not be returned if they are noticeably worn, damaged or altered in anyway. Items that are not in sellable condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Holday Return and Exchange Policy
Items sold and shipped between November 1 and December 25, 2008, may be returned or exchanged until January 2, 2009, subject to our other returns restrictions. Special orders and shipping charges are NOT refundable. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service so we can assist you immediately.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges on:Wholesale, Bulk Orders, Discounted items, Special Orders, Tanning Oils, opened Hawaiian Gifts, made-to-order Hawaiian Jewelry that includes engraving and special customized requests.

Returned Checks: A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for any insufficient funds returned checks.

Disclaimer: Hawaiian Wedding Place/Hawaiian Aloha Fashions in conjunction with FedEx and USPS will deliver you package(s) as requested. Our selected carriers DO NOT make phone calls to customers before delivering and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Please note that Shaka Time Inc. and family of Websites are not responsible for the following:

  • Delivering to the wrong address(s) that was supplied by the Sender.
  • Unsuccessful delivery due to the Recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the Sender.
  • Delivery delays due to a wrong delivery address supplied by the Sender, and/or a delivery rerouting request by the Sender.

Address Correction: A fee of $15.00 is charged for address corrections to US orders and $50.00 to international orders. This applies when the incorrect shipping address was provided and the order was shipped or if the Sender or Recipient makes changes directly with any of our selected carriers.

Delivery Acceptance: The customer is responsible to pay for all shipping charges if customer refuses to accept delivery from any of our selected carriers without notifying in writing to Shaka Time Inc. of the cancellation prior to shipping.

Issue of Credits or Refunds: Once the merchandise is received, a credit or refund is processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Credit Card Disputes or Charge Backs Policy
By using your credit card to purchase products in this web site, you agree that you are the owner or authorized person of the Credit Card. By doing so you are authorizing Hawaiian Wedding Place/Hawaiian Aloha Fashions to charge your credit card account for the amount of the transactions made with Hawaiian Wedding Place. You understand and Agree that you will not file any disputes or charge backs with your Credit Card company against Hawaiian Wedding Place/Hawaiian Aloha Fashions for any transactions made within this web site.
